Bath Volleyball Club

Aqvae Svlis or Bath Volleyball Club is based in the beautiful city of Bath in England, home of the Roman Baths and elegant Georgian townhouses.

The club is made up of five teams: the men’s first team plays in the South West Premier League, the second team plays in the Wiltshire League Division 1, the third (mixed) team plays in the Wiltshire League Division 2, and a women’s team has just entered the South West League, but also play competitions in the Wiltshire Ladies League.

Our open training sessions are becoming more popular, and we are getting a lot of new players of all abilities and ages. If you are interested in playing for a team, or would like to try out volleyball in Bath, then come along to one of the training sessions.

We would like to encourage support for our teams when they play their league matches, so if you want to come along and watch some volleyball and support your local team, then have a look at our fixtures for the upcoming games. Alternatively, have a look at the sports pages of the Bath Chronicle, where our games are also announced. All four of our teams play their home fixtures at the Bath Sports Centre.

For players and students our Coaching Notes contains articles and insights applicable to club-level players and volleyball students who are interested in more than the basics of dig, set, spike.
